Boxer breed is the result of several breeds crossbreeding that already existed. We can know the Dogue de Brabant, the Mastiff and the English bulldog. The race were considerated by 1895, the firts German club took place in Munich.

Not like the Prantsuse bulldog, the boxer only has two differents colors of coat, sometimes three. Fawn and robe brindle coats are the most current ones. Fawn = fire/sand color, brindle = darker with a sort of rays. White boxer is really rare because he isn't part of the "standart" race, that coat color is considerated as a "defect". More often, fawn parents will have fawn pupies, but if you mix fawn and brindle ones, two kinds of puppies will be born : fawn and brindle ones.

What's the Boxer character ??

Obviously ( as you could guess ) he has got a wonderful character. He's loyal, faithful with his owner or the ones who give him love. Nevertheless, we could reproach him like a kind of aggressivity against other dogs, this can be from a kind of jealous feeling, the boxer often wants to have with exclusiveness his master's love.

His health.

The boxer often has a good health, with just a few problems.
When childbirth happens, female could need a caesarean , or after it, the feamle can feel tired, less healthy than she's used to. They can't stand too much hot : their breathing system is quite sensible sensible, so you'd better not make them do a work that needs a lot of breath in a too hot weather.
Sometimes, fat "bowls" ca be seen under the skin ; in the case of an extremely big one, surgery coul be useful. But that kind of matter is quite rare ( bowls usually stay small ). He's quite easy to educate, so it would be suite good to teach him to refuse food from someone he doesn't know, just not to get sick or poison .
Young dogs have their tails cut when they're a few day old.
